Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for an experienced, creative and result-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The Digital Marketing Executive shall be responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall digital marketing strategy. 

As a Digital Marketing Executive at Bewsys, the suitable candidate will be responsible for setting up, implementing and managing the overall company's digital marketing strategy. He/She is hence expected to have experience and a big passion for digital technologies and all digital marketing channels.

The suitable candidate should be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue.

Bewsys operates a remote-first work environment and therefore, this role is open to international applicants as the job role does not require the physical presence of the candidate in Ghana.

1. Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy.

2. Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook etc.).

3. Launch optimized online adverts through LinkedIn, Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness.

4. Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.).

5. Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.

6. Provide creative ideas and develop media for content marketing.

7. Manage updates of the company website.

8. Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices.

9. Manage all digital marketing channels.

10. Measure Return On Investment (ROI) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

11. Prepare and manage a digital marketing budget.

12. Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement.

13. Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.

14. Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors.


 1. At least two years of proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive.

2. A minimum of two years of proven experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.  

3. Experience with B2B social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM.  

4. A minimum of two years of hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Adobe Suite, Canva, Hootsuite or related technologies.


1. Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.

2. Good working knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices.

3. Familiarity with web design and web content management.

4. Must be creative.

5. Must be a critical thinker and have problem-solving skills. 

6. Must be able to work both as an individual and in a team. 

7. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

8. Excellent time-management skills.

9.Extensive knowledge of the Sustainable Development Goals.

10. Detail-oriented.

11. Knowledge of the firm.

11. Ability to maintain confidentiality.

13. Possess a self-learning attitude.
